Job Description
- Oversee financial planning and analysis, budget management, and forecasting.day to day transactions
- Prepare financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
- Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and mentoring.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance.
- Educational Qualifications: Must possess a Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Over 10 years of experience in financial management. Preferably has experienced in Hotel industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in financial statements, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), risk management, and competitive analysis.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct analytics and reporting, prepare presentations, and lead financial strategy.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, effective communicator, and a strategic thinker.
