Description

  • Received and Issue Finance no. to all requests for Cash/Check Payment (RCCP) upon approval of Finance Supervisor & Manager.
  • Prepares Daily Check Issuance Report.
  • Release checks to authorize recipients and secure Official receipt/Acknowledge Receipt.
  • Verifying documents from suppliers and from warehouse branches and giving counter receipts.
  • Issued Outgoing Bank Transfer Slip to transactions directly thru bank such as Payroll, BIR, Imports Duties, etc.
  • Issue Budget/Fund Approval for those miscellaneous expenses which are not included in the budget (e.g. Petty Cash).


Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4-year business related course
  • Preferably with at least 1 year work experience
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft office: Excel & Word
  • Fast learner and can work under minimal supervision
  • With pleasing personality
