Description
- Responsible in building customer relationships, follows up on leads, and maximizes sales opportunities. They identify prospects, ensure customer satisfaction, and constantly seek new opportunities to drive business growth.
- Promotes the company's existing products and introduces new products to the market.
- Conducts research and develops marketing opportunities and plans, identifies market trends, and suggests systems improvement to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients
- Assisting with corporate marketing strategies and expanding the company to new markets
- Coordinating sales efforts with other departments
- Supplying the management team with reports on customer needs or interests, potential new products, or services, and competitive activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing
- With relevant experience in Sales in lighting Industry; handling retail accounts
- Can drive a car and/or motorcycle; with a valid Driver's License
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
- With excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Adaptive, Strategic, Business research-oriented and can work in a fast-paced environment
