Be our next Facilities Supervisor!


This position actively oversees the maintenance, operations, and upkeep of equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and productive work environment.



1. Maintenance and Repairs

Overseeing routine maintenance, preventative maintenance programs, and responding to repairs for HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other building infrastructure. This often involves managing external contractors.


2. Safety and Compliance

Ensuring the building meets all safety regulations and codes, conducting regular safety inspections, and implementing safety protocols. This might include managing emergency procedures.


3. Space Planning and Management

Optimizing the use of space within the buildings, potentially including office layouts, storage, and equipment placement.


4. Project Management

Overseeing renovations, upgrades, and new construction projects, managing timelines, budgets, costing and checking the quotations of contractors. Monitoring, and ensuring that projects are on time.


5. Sustainability

Implementing and managing environmentally friendly practices, such as energy conservation and waste reduction programs.


6. Access Control

· Overseeing security cameras, and other access control measures.

· Ensuring the functionality of alarm systems, fire suppression systems, and other security technologies.

· Developing and implementing procedures for handling security incidents and emergencies.

· Working closely with security guards, monitoring staff, or external security companies.

· Regularly assessing security risks and implementing mitigation strategies.


7. Administrative Tasks

Managing paperwork, creating reports, tracking inventory, and coordinating with other departments and other tasks that could be assigned by the Admin Manager and VP for Legal and Compliance.

Requirements

  • A college graduate of 4-year course in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • In a Facilities management or related role for 3-5 years.
  • A BOSH Certified preferably
  • Excellent in oral and written communication skills.
  • An individual with a strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
  • Able to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willing to be assigned in Valenzuela


Working pattern and location:

  • Join Date: September 2025
  • Employment Type: Full-time Employee
  • Work Location: On-site
  • Working Hours: 45 hours, 5 days per week (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
  • Workdays: Monday - Friday
