Description
- Oversee the cleanliness, repair, and operational readiness of all facilities including the warehouse, office, and plant
- Coordinate with vendors for utilities, repairs, and general upkeep
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are in place and followed.
- Manage all security protocols and personnel, ensuring the safety of employees and property
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and building regulations
- Manage vendor contracts and service agreements
- Implement cost-effective strategies
- Lead periodic emergency preparedness drills and equipment checks
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all assets and equipment across sites
- Ensure pantry, office, and plant consumables (example: snacks, cleaning supplies, safety gear) are consistently stocked
- Oversee management and servicing of office equipment and appliances
- Coordinate with IT or providers to ensure stable internet connectivity and essential infrastructure
- Oversee facility operations and maintenance
- Manage vendor contracts and service agreements
- Troubleshoot basic operational issues (example: water systems, lighting)
- Manage service providers for cleaning, security, internet, and other facility related contracts.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in facilities, building maintenance, or operations management
- Strong working knowledge of facility systems (example: HVAC, Internet, Plumbing, Security).
- Experience managing vendors and negotiating service agreements
- Tech-savvy enough to troubleshoot basic connectivity and equipment issues
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A natural problem-solver with high integrity and ownership
- Oversee facility operations, manage maintenance and renovation projects, ensure compliance with safety standards, and coordinate procurement activities
- Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver, excellent leadership abilities, and strong organizational skills.
