Description

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
  • Maintain filing systems and handle correspondence.
  • Assist in project coordination and report preparation.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Utilize office software and equipment effectively.

Requirements

  • Not over 40 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role or equivalent.
  • at least 2 -3 years experience as an EA, preferably but not required from Logistics field too
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail.
  • Preferably with Marketing background
  • Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, maintain records, prepare reports, and assist in office projects.
  • Office environment, standard working hours, potential for remote work.
