Position: Executive Assistant to the Owner (Marketing & Client Acquisition Focus)

Type: Freelance / Project-Based


Location: Remote (with travel to various cities across the Philippines)

We are looking for a highly organized, motivated, and flexible Executive Assistant to support the owner of a corporate training and development company. This is a freelance role ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing, client engagement, and event coordination.


Please note: This role requires regular travel to different cities across the Philippines for corporate training events. Applicants must have their own laptop and be open to a flexible, freelance work arrangement.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential corporate clients.
  • Schedule and manage discovery calls with prospects.
  • Help create proposals and follow up to close deals.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.


Marketing & Social Media

  • Support marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and drive client acquisition.
  • Manage and update the company’s social media platforms.
  • Create and publish relevant content to engage a corporate audience.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.


Event & Travel Support

  • Accompany the owner (a corporate trainer) during workshops held in various cities.
  • Help coordinate logistics such as venue setup, materials, certificates, etc.
  • Act as on-site assistant to ensure smooth execution of training events.


Administrative Support

  • Organize schedules, emails, and client records.
  • Assist in preparing training materials, contracts, and reports.
  • Coordinate with venues, suppliers, and clients as needed.


Requirements:

  • Single (for travel flexibility and schedule availability)
  • Willing to travel regularly to various cities across the Philippines
  • Must have a personal laptop and reliable internet connection
  • Comfortable working as a freelancer/project-based assistant
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in marketing, admin, or events is an advantage
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
