Description

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the President. The ideal candidate will manage the President’s schedule, handle email correspondence, prepare reports, and perform a variety of other essential administrative duties. The Executive Assistant will be expected to maintain discretion and handle sensitive matters with confidentiality.


  • Manage and coordinate the President’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure the President is prepared for meetings with necessary documents and briefings.
  • Monitor, prioritize, and respond to the President’s email correspondence.
  • Screen phone calls, redirect inquiries, and handle requests appropriately.
  • Assist in gathering necessary data, research, and information for reports and presentations.
  • Ensure reports are completed and submitted in a timely manner, and present information in a clear, concise format.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the President’s travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Prepare meeting materials, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and records, both physical and digital.
  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required by the President.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent is often preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is typically required.
  • Experience in managing complex schedules, travel arrangements, and corporate communication is highly valued.
