PR Coordinator


Overview

We are seeking an agile, detail-oriented PR Coordinator through an external agency partner to support the execution of Grab Philippines’ communications campaigns. This role ensures timely and precise multi-channel implementation, real-time media monitoring and analytics reporting, and PR operations housekeeping, providing essential support for high-velocity campaigns and hype operations.


  • Channel Implementation & Campaign Rollouts
  • Execute communications campaigns across paid, earned, shared and owned channels, with a priority on social-first storytelling and hype operations.
  • Manage timelines, content calendars, and deliverables to ensure consistent, high-quality presence in all channels.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to streamline campaign execution and reporting.
  • Media Monitoring & Analytics Reporting
  • Track earned, paid, and organic media performance in real time.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and post-campaign reports covering sentiment, share of voice, and impact analysis.
  • Maintain PR dashboards and coverage trackers to inform future strategy and quick decision-making.
  • Housekeeping & Budget Support
  • Monitor PR and campaign budgets, manage invoices and POs, and ensure compliance with internal processes.
  • Maintain updated documentation of campaign activities, contracts, and agency outputs.
  • Support internal reporting and administrative requirements for PR operations.
  • Workstream & Stakeholder Management


  • Drive smooth project delivery by coordinating across multiple workstreams, anticipating risks, and flagging potential blockers early.
  • Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

  • 1 year of experience in PR coordination, communications, or marketing support (agency experience preferred). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of PR reporting metrics and campaign analysis.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
