Description
- Plan and organize events from inception to execution.
- Coordinate with sales, venues, and team members.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Develop event timelines and checklists.
- Oversee logistics, including setup and breakdown.
- Ensure event compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Evaluate events and gather feedback for improvements.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Event Management or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience as an event coordinator or in a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in negotiation, problem-solving, adaptability, critical thinking, and team management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Plan and execute events, coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require working evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a creative mindset.
