Description
As a Junior and Adult Video Class Tutor, you'll deliver dynamic one-on-one and group video lessons to young and adult Korean students. Using effective teaching strategies such as Total Physical Response (TPR), visual aids, and a positive, energetic presence, you’ll help students build confidence and enhance their English communication skills - all from the comfort of your own home.

Work Schedule:
- Full-Time: Mondays to Fridays, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Philippine Time)
- Part-Time: Mondays to Fridays, 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Philippine Time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Interactive Classes: Facilitate engaging lessons that encourage student participation and learning.
- Apply TPR Techniques: Use expressive gestures and energy to keep students focused and involved.
- Use Props and Visuals: Enhance learning with age-appropriate visuals and props.
- Maintain a Professional Online Setup: Ensure a quiet, distraction-free environment with a clean background.
Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
- Experience teaching both children and adults in online or classroom settings
- A student-first mindset: patient, warm, and professional
- Proficiency with Zoom and online teaching tools
- Ability to bring energy and clarity to every class
- Experience teaching phonics and foundational English skills
- Comfortable preparing or supplementing lessons when needed (main materials provided)
Nice-to-Have:
- TEYL or TESOL certification (especially for young learners)
- Familiarity with Korean learners’ needs or culture
- Experience as a free lesson or trial class specialist
Compensation & Perks:
- Competitive Pay:
- Full-Time: PHP 25,000 – 35,000/month (based on qualifications and schedule)
- Part Time: PHP 140 - 180/hour (based on qualifications and schedule)
