Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Install, inspect, and maintain electrical systems and components such as circuit breakers, transformers, switchboards, and wiring.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot electrical problems in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Test electrical systems using appropriate tools and equipment (e.g., voltmeters, oscilloscopes).
  • Repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures using hand and power tools.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other trades as needed on-site.
  • Prepare and submit reports, logs, and documentation as required.
  • Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and electrical supplies.
  • Respond to emergency electrical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Keep work area clean and organized and follow safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or TESDA NC II/NC III Certification in Electrical Installation and Maintenance (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in electrical work (construction, industrial, or commercial settings).
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and codes.
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Good physical condition and able to work at heights or in confined spaces.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
