Description

  • Manage and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images on e-commerce platforms (Facebook Marketplace, Shopee, Tiktok Shop, Lazada.).
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies,
  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize product offerings and promotional strategies.
  • Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to address issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with e-commerce laws, data protection regulations, and online payment security standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or online retail.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms
  • Experience with social media marketing, content creation, and influencer partnerships.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
