- Assist in managing our Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop stores
- Upload product listings, update prices and stock, and monitor product performance
- Respond to customer inquiries and help resolve basic concerns
- Support in processing orders and coordinating deliveries
- Work with our team to improve store performance and grow online sales
- Use platforms like BigSeller for syncing inventory and order fulfillment
- Help create simple product descriptions or taglines if needed
- Has basic knowledge or experience using Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop (as a seller)
- Is trainable and willing to learn new tools and workflows
- Is organized and tech-savvy, with good attention to detail
- Has basic understanding (or experience) using BigSeller – a plus!
- Bonus: knows Canva, Google Sheets, or basic online tools
