- Manage and organize project documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and distribution.

- Support project teams in document-related inquiries.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in administration, management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in document control or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong scheduling abilities, attention to detail, proficiency in document management systems.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain and archive documents, facilitate communication among teams, ensure adherence to company policies.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, potential for overtime during project deadlines.
