Description
- Coordinate and schedule transportation operations.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and clients.
- Track vehicle locations and manage routes.
- Address issues and resolve conflicts promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and logs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in dispatching or logistics.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong planning skills, proficient in supply chain management, effective communication.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Coordinate shipments, monitor inventory levels, and manage logistics schedules.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment, may require evening or weekend hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
