Washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, and pans using dishwashing machines or by hand, as well as ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area. They also may assist with other kitchen tasks like emptying trash, scrubbing floors, and bussing tables.
