We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns that promote our fitness and wellness programs. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and engaging our online community through multiple digital platforms.

• Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across channels including social media, email, SEO and paid ads.
• Coordinate with our content writer, graphic designer, and video editor to deliver marketing materials on time.
• Manage the agency’s social media presence, ensuring consistent and engaging communication.
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports on ROI and key KPIs.
• Support lead generation and conversion efforts through targeted online campaigns.
• Research industry trends and competitor activities to recommend new marketing opportunities.
• Assist in building and nurturing online communities around fitness and wellness topics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt strategies for wellness audiences.
