On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Digital Marketing/CRM Coordinator to join their growing home improvement business. You will manage content, video, and marketing automation strategies—while leading LinkedIn Advertising and email campaigns to deliver measurable ROI. This role involves driving both paid and organic results through digital campaigns, content posting, video editing, and social engagement, supported by hands-on coaching and a structured 12-month roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management & ROI Optimization
  • Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Advertising and email marketing campaigns to achieve measurable ROI.
  • Monitor targeting, creatives, segmentation, and budgets; conduct A/B tests; track KPIs (CTR, conversions, CPL, ROI).
  • Recommend data-driven improvements to maximize lead quality and conversions.
  •  Social Media Management & Engagement
  • Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence, posting regular updates, case studies, and project highlights.
  • Engage with followers and prospects to build trust and visibility.
  • Maintain a publishing calendar aligned with content themes and brand messaging.
  • Content Creation & Design
  • Edit and repurpose videos into short-form, high-impact content using tools like Canva, CapCut, Quso.ai, or Captions.ai.
  • Design simple branded graphics, banners, and templates for posts.
  • Ensure consistent visual and message alignment across platforms.
  • CRM & Lead Management
  • Log outreach, ad, and email interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Assist in managing lead follow-ups and tracking using tools like Apollo.
  • Support lead magnet placement and campaign coordination.
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Track and report on LinkedIn Advertising ROI, email campaign ROI, engagement, and lead metrics.
  • Provide weekly updates summarizing wins, challenges, and recommended next steps.
  • Collaborate with the client and coaching teams to refine strategies.
  • Ad Hoc Support
  • Assist with one-off marketing-related tasks (e.g., basic research, data entry, troubleshooting content issues).
  • Provide flexible support during busy campaign periods or special projects.


Working Hours:

Full Time (40 hours per week)

Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM (Timezone: TBD)

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, including proven success in achieving ROI in LinkedIn Advertising and email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn campaign manager, email marketing platforms (Apollo, Mailchimp, or similar), and performance tracking tools.
  • Experience in LinkedIn content creation and B2B marketing, ideally in industrial services or related sectors.
  • Proficiency with Canva, CapCut (or similar), and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong written English skills with a professional tone.
  • Familiarity with Zapier is a plus (training can be provided).
