Role: eCommerce Video Editor & Graphic Designer

Work Arrangement: Work From Home

Location: Any CS Branch - Angeles, Mabalacat, Makati, Ortigas, Tarlac, Cebu, Davao

Schedule: Morning Shift

We’re looking for someone to join our team and bring our brand to life across digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone who can create scroll-stopping videos, dynamic social media content, and polished graphic assets that drive eCommerce sales.

As our Video Editor & Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for crafting engaging content that showcases our products, tells our brand story, and converts viewers into customers. You’ll work closely with the marketing and product teams to produce high quality content for ads, email campaigns, social media, and our online store.

You’ll need a strong understanding of direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce marketing, as well as a keen eye for tattoo culture aesthetics and brand storytelling.

Video Editing

• Edit high-converting product and lifestyle videos for paid ads, social media, and website content
• Create UGC-style, short-form videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Meta ads
• Produce launch videos for new products, incorporating motion graphics and sound design
• Repurpose content into multiple formats for different platforms
• Stay updated with trending video formats and eCommerce creative strategies

Graphic Design

• Design marketing assets including email headers, banners, social media graphics, and display ads
• Create and edit Ecommerce product imagery and make recommendations on upgrades from the current site
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs in line with our style guide
• Support product launches with compelling visual storytelling and branding
• Collaborate with the marketing and Ecommerce teams on campaign creative concepts

Qualifications and Requirements

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in video editing and graphic design, preferably in eCommerce or a DTC brand
• Proficiency in Canva and CapCut
• Experience creating short-form, social-first video content
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and design principles
• Ability to optimize content for conversions (understanding of marketing funnels, A/B testing preferred)
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design and video work
• Bonus: Knowledge of tattoo culture or a strong interest in the tattoo industry

Nice to Have

• Experience with Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms
• Basic knowledge of Shopify and eCommerce content management
• Motion graphics and animation skills

Non-negotiable Skills & Requirements
