Description
As a Digital Campaign Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns for our B2B clients. This role requires the ability to drive maximum efficiency and accuracy in campaign delivery. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will be at the forefront to ensure that best practices and delivery standards are being upheld.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, 6sense, email marketing, and content syndication
- Monitor campaign metrics and performance data, making adjustments as needed to maximize ROI and achieve client KPIs
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaign assets and materials according to established best practices
- Create campaign reports and performance analysis, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Engage proactively in team meetings, contributing ideas to collaborative discussions.
- Assist with any ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned or required
- Provide ongoing operational support in areas such as audience building, campaign setup, A/B test management, UTM parameter creation, vendor management, and conversion tracking management
Starting Salary: 50,000 PHP
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 – 3 years of general marketing experience (B2B experience preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Hands-on experience running LinkedIn, Google, and/or Facebook ads from campaign setup to monitoring, optimization, and reporting
- A broad understanding of B2B full-funnel demand generation marketing principles, including ABM, lead nurture, engagement tracking, and pipeline acceleration is preferred
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Possess a resourceful mindset & strong analytical skills
- Self-motivated & able to work independently while being a team player
- Able to consistently meet deadlines and problem-solve with strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and client needs
- Prior experience with related campaign management tools and reporting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot) is a strong advantage
- Amenable to work following the AMER Shift on a hybrid work set-up (2x a week onsite)
