As a Fashion/Textile Designer collaborating with Shopee, you will be at the forefront of product development and optimization for the e-commerce textile market. This role combines technical expertise in textile science with a deep understanding of digital consumer behavior and online marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine innovative, sustainable textile materials that meet the needs of the Shopee market.
• Collaborate with the Shopee product team and sellers to create high-quality apparel or textile product lines.
• Analyze e-commerce market trends and customer preferences to create competitive products.
• Provide technical recommendations to Shopee sellers regarding the quality, production efficiency, and sustainability of materials.
• Support the product quality testing and quality control processes before products are marketed online.
• Assist in the creation of educational content for Shopee marketing campaigns, such as “Shopee University” or special textile seller programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) or higher in Textile Engineering, Textile Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the textile industry or apparel manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of modern textile technology and digital fashion trends.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, especially in a cross-departmental context.
