Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the management, maintenance, backup, and recovery of databases (middleware);

2. Responsible for troubleshooting and optimization of databases (middleware);

3. Responsible for password management and access control of databases (middleware);

4. Responsible for implementing data migration and plan adjustments, improving or resolving difficult issues encountered during work;

5. Responsible for the writing of documentation related to databases (middleware) and the establishment of standards.

Job Requirements:

1. Proficient in the working principles of MySQL, familiar with the differences between various MySQL versions;

2. Skilled in analyzing MySQL statement performance, proficient in the design and implementation of optimization measures such as MySQL indexing and table partitioning;

3. Proficient in Redis and capable of performing daily management and operation tasks for Redis;

4. Familiar with the working principles and optimization methods of unstructured databases such as MongoDB and Elasticsearch;

5. Experience in operating Alibaba Cloud database products is preferred; experience with AWS database products is a plus;

6. Familiar with Linux and scripting languages such as Shell or Python;

7. Good communication skills, project management ability, and self-learning capability;

8. Awareness of security in database operations.
