• We are seeking a Data Analyst to analyze Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) data within SAP and S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will extract, transform, and analyze data to identify trends, optimize asset performance, and support data-driven decision-making. This role will also involve creating reports and dashboards to enhance efficiency and performance in asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Extraction and Analysis:
• Extract data from SAP EAM module and S/4HANA systems.
• Cleanse and transform data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to asset performance, maintenance activities, and costs.
• Perform statistical analysis and data modeling as required.
• Reporting and Visualization:
• Develop reports and dashboards to track EAM data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Create presentations and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to create interactive dashboards.
• Data Quality and Governance:
• Monitor data quality and identify potential issues.
• Propose and implement solutions to improve data accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and best practices.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with EAM team members and other stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
• Actively participate in project meetings and discussions.
• System Knowledge:
• Maintain a strong understanding of SAP EAM module and S/4HANA functionalities.
• Stay up to date with the latest SAP releases and emerging technologies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new EAM processes and systems.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Analytics, Engineering).
• Experience:
• 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, with hands-on experience in SAP EAM and/or S/4HANA systems.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong knowledge of SAP EAM module and S/4HANA functionalities.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
