• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers via calls, messages, and emails.
• Create engaging written content, including blog posts, newsletters, and client messages.
• Support sales initiatives by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Use CRM tools (such as Monday.com) to manage customer pipelines, tasks, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the sales team to brainstorm creative strategies and think outside the box.
• Ensure a professional, reliable remote setup with stable internet and power supply to avoid interruptions in client communications.
