Provide accurate information and efficient resolutions to customer inquiries

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in client records

Job Requirements

With at least 12 months of Local or International BPO experience

College Level or higher

Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written)

Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities

Willing to work on a hybrid setup (BGC-based)
