Position: Customer Service Associate (Open for fresh graduate)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Listen to customers' questions and concerns and provide answers or responses.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Take orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments.
• Review customer accounts and make changes, if necessary
• Responsible for providing assistance, information, and support to customers regarding products or services

1. College undergraduate can apply
2. Open for SHS graduate with CSR experience
