- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Document interactions and follow up on customer issues.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
- Meet performance metrics and KPIs consistently.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: At least 6 months Travel or Airline account experience of customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Working Conditions: Onsite
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, and adaptable personality essential.
