Description

Customer Support: Provide professional, high-quality customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in both Spanish and English.

Problem-Solving: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive resolution.

Product Knowledge: Provide customers with clear, accurate, and timely information regarding our services, products, and promotions.

Multitasking: Manage multiple inquiries and tasks while maintaining attention to detail and meeting performance goals.

Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in services.

Feedback: Offer insights on customer trends and potential improvements to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) and strong communication skills in English.
  • At least 2 years of experience in BPO or customer service.
  • At least 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
  • At least completed 2nd year of college with no failed subjects.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and basic computer applications.
