Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in call center operations, back office support, technical skills, problem-solving, scheduling, and customer service. Strong English language skills, sales pitching, and closure capabilities.
