Description
- Engage with customers to resolve inquiries and issues.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient English language skills, excellent customer service abilities, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment with shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude.
