Description
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Must possess a High School or Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a call center environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, capable of providing back office support, and possessing strong technical skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist in technical support.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability and flexibility.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and a customer-centric attitude.
