  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide product information and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
  • Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges.

  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: At least 6 months customer service or call center roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills, proficiency in English, and excellent customer service abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based environment.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and able to work under pressure
