Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide product information and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
- Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: At least 6 months customer service or call center roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills, proficiency in English, and excellent customer service abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and able to work under pressure
