  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account issues.
  • Schedule appointments and manage customer appointments effectively.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues by analyzing the situation and providing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years)
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, excellent customer service skills, strong problem-solving abilities, ability to work well in a team, and effective scheduling skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, approachable, and able to handle stress in a fast-paced environment.
