Description

  • Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Provide product information and support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: No formal education required; high school diploma preferred.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, customer service, problem solving, and account management. Familiarity with Shopify and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, resolve issues, manage accounts, and facilitate sales.
  • Working Conditions: Team-oriented environment, possible remote work options.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, team player, and excellent communication skills.


Working Hours:

Shift-Based Schedule·8 working hours Fixed Rest Day (Sat-Sun)
