  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Document customer interactions and issues using our internal systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.


Requirements

  • College graduate with no BPO experience are welcome
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Willing to work on a Night Shift
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Can start ASAP
