Requirements
- Job Title: Customer Service Representative
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience Level: No experience required; entry-level candidates welcome
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong customer service skills, ability to work as a team player, experience in call center environments is a plus
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, maintain positive communication, and provide support through various channels
