They serve as the first point of contact for customers, representing the company in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner across various communication channels such as phone, email, live chat, or in-person.

Requirements

  • At least Senior High School Graduate
  • With BPO experience at least 6 months
  • Amenable to work onsite
  • Great Communication Skills
