- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues swiftly.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in customer service or call center environments preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service skills, strong call handling abilities, and effective interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, with potential for remote work; may require handling multiple calls simultaneously.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, empathetic attitude, patience, and ability to work under pressure.
