- Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

- Document interactions in the customer management system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong proficiency in the English language, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for remote work; may involve flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude.
