Description

  • Uphold a positive, professional, and empathetic approach when assisting customers
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly via chat or call as needed
  • Facilitate and process same-day delivery orders efficiently
  • Monitor and respond to customer complaints on social media, offering timely support
  • Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved
  • Inspect defective returned items and process them for RMA
  • Review promotions and update pricing on eCommerce platforms


Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)


Experience:

  • Customer Service Representative: 1 year (Preferred)
