Description

  • Maintain excellent service standards while providing prompt, courteous customer service by phone and email.
  • Effectively handle client complaints and issues to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Help clients with account setup, updates, and account-related troubleshooting.
  • Gain and preserve in-depth product knowledge to deliver precise support.
  • Keep track of all consumer interactions in the client's system, including questions, grievances, comments, and resolutions.
  • Ensure a smooth and satisfying client experience by offering reliable, end-to-end assistance.

Requirements

  • At least a senior high school or high school (old curriculum) graduate.
  • Has computer proficiency.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
  • Can report on-site.
