This is the ideal role for a proven Customer Service Advisor to advance their career with one of the leading outdoor living companies in the retail space.

You will be responsible for helping to provide customer service to our new and existing customers via our OMNI channel platforms.

Your Role Will Include

  • Delivering exceptional customer service via multi channels including Phone, Email, Live chat and more
  • To deliver that service within the departmental standards
  • To complete outbound tasks such as calling customer with order updates and possible sales opportunities
  • To ensure that our excellent Social Media footprint it maintained, including Trust Pilot, Google, FB, and Instagram
  • To maintain a high level of accuracy in both communication with our customers and internal systems
  • Additional tasks may be required as authorised by your line manager from to time to meet the needs of the business

Qualifications

To be considered as a Customer Service Advisor, you will need:

  • Experience dealing with customers face to face, over the telephone and via email
  • Experience of customer services
  • Experience with dealing with customer complaints
  • Ability to build good working relationships with colleagues
  • Good listening skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Committed to learning about our product range

Work set-up: Hybrid (Outsourced Cebu office)

Work schedule: Thursday - Monday, 8PM - 5AM
