Description
- Check and respond to clients' email daily.
- To reply, you need to coordinate with several team members such as shipping, inventory and operation.
- Reply within 24 hours
- Fulfill the orders in Shopify once the shipping team has sent out the package
- Handle and organize the cases using Notion board
- Make sure all cases are taken care of and not dropped until resolved. Check and follow up with team members daily.
Requirements
- Minimum one year experience in the related field
- Receptive and humble enough to receive the feedback from founders
- Can empathize with the client and consider the client’s side feeling/perspective
- Does not drop or miss on tasks (not dropping the ball)
