Description

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns effectively, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
  • Follow established procedures for handling customer interactions, including recording details and updating customer records.
  • Other tasks as necessary

Requirements

Education: College Leve /Undergraduate/Senior High Graduate

Working Experience: With or without experience is acceptable (Advantage if with experience in Logistics or Customer Service Industry)

Skills: 

  • Technical: Computer Literate - Passed the typing and Number Test
  •  Knowledgeable in MS Office especially MS Excel (Non Nego)
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills. 
  • Organization: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Interpersonal: Ability to build positive relationships.
