We’re looking for a creative and tech-savvy Instructional Designer to craft dynamic, engaging learning experiences. This role involves designing interactive eLearning content, conducting training needs assessments, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive employee development.

• Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and update training materials, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training materials, presentations, and other resources.

• Needs Assessment: Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct training needs assessments and identify performance gaps to inform curriculum development.

• Content Creation: Create interactive and engaging learning content that promotes knowledge retention and skill development.

• Learning Technologies: Leverage instructional design tools and technologies to enhance the learning experience, including eLearning authoring tools and learning management systems.

• Evaluation: Develop assessment tools and conduct evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.

• Compliance: Ensure that all training materials adhere to industry regulations and company policies.

• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

• Stay Current: Stay updated with industry trends, instructional design best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance training strategies.

• Graduate of any four years course
• Must have 2-4 Instructional Design experience
• Technological Proficiency: Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise and Storyline 360), learning management systems, and multimedia software.
• Experience creating highlight interactive eLearning (software simulation).
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Vyond, Camtasia, and Microsoft Clipchamp is a plus

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night/Graveyard Shift
• Fixed Weekends Off
