POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Communicating with customers through various channels.

OFFER AND BENEFITS:

  • UP TO 29,000 salary package
  • 20% Night differential
  • 13TH AND 14TH MONTH PAY

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any Allied Sciences, Social Sciences, Social Work, Human Services, or any related field (Physical/Respiratory Therapy, Radiologic/Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Psychology, Nutrition & Dietetics, etc.) Non-licensed. except Nursing Grads & Undergraduates students

Experience Required:

  • 1 year of experience in Direct Patient Care, such as in Long-Term Care, Home and Community-Based Services, Hospital/Facility Settings, or Case Management.
  • Experience working with managed care organizations, including Medicare and/or Medicaid recipients, preferred.
  • 1-year BPO member healthcare ( Eligibility, Benefits, Prior Auth ) experience.
  • Associate Graduate/College Graduate (Any courses)
  • 2 years’ experience in Direct Patient Care; such as in Long-Term Care, Home and Community-Based Services, Hospital/Facility Settings, or Case Management.
  • Experience working with managed care organizations, including Medicare and/or Medicaid recipients, preferred.
  • 2-year BPO member healthcare ( Eligibility, Benefits, Prior Auth ) experience.
