- A professional market-making team focused on providing liquidity solutions for global cryptocurrency exchanges, project teams, and institutions. Equipped with proprietary high-frequency trading systems and risk management models, we currently serve multiple exchanges with a daily trading volume exceeding $100 million. Our team members hail from top quantitative funds and blockchain technology companies, dedicated to fostering the healthy growth of digital asset markets.

- Your Responsibilities:
- Introduce potential clients (projects/exchanges with liquidity needs).
- Arrange initial meetings (online/offline).
- Help build trust (we provide full technical support and solutions).

- No complex negotiations No contract drafting No post-deal maintenance
- Compensation Structure
- Tiered Commission System (USDT Payments):
- Base Tier: Earn 20%-30% of the client’s first-month service fee (e.g., 600−600−1,000 for a $3k/month project).
- Performance Bonus: Earn an additional 5% of total service fees for clients generating over $100k annually.
- Uncapped Earnings: Monthly settlements with no upper limit.
Requirements
- In-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency market, familiarity with the needs of ecosystem players such as exchanges, project teams, and capital providers, and a keen business acumen to swiftly align with clients' liquidity management requirements. Experience in B2B business development is essential, with at least one of the following resources:
- Operational/market connections within exchanges
- Core team resources within Web3 project teams
- Channels to institutional investors/family offices
