- Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time
- Verify billing information and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments
- Maintain customer billing and collection records
- Generate reports on billing and collections performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in billing or collections
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
