Description
- Manage day-to-day operations of the creative team.
- Assign projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project goals.
- Review creative work to ensure it meets brand standards.
- Implement efficient workflows and improve creative processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in a senior creative role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects and brand work.
- Expertise in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, branding, and digital media.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a creative agency or fast-paced startup environment.
- Background in video production, animation, or photography.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and how creative impacts performance.
